Hi, hardly every use the forums but have been having some issues with MAC OS Sierra!
I have been using the Mac OS Sierra Public Beta, and now I'm on the GM edition which is the same I believe as the final public release (out today).
My issue is that during playback, my external Seagate 5TB HDD, spins down, and roughly every 1-2 minutes spins back up again. It almost seems as though once enough data has been read from the drive it sleeps and then PLEX tries to access the next chunk of data and so the drive spins up again.
Anyone else noticed this issue?
What have I tried?
I did a clean install and went back to MAC OSX EL Capitan - that solved the issue!
The HDD is connected directly to the MAC as it has been for the past year or so.
What version of PLEX am I running?
MAC OS Plex Server 1.1.4.2757
Thank you in advance to anyone that may have a solution :)
