Can't enable remote access

Hi All,

I have been trying to enable remote access for PS4, iPad Air and iPhone 6 and I've been through all the trouble shooting and it just won't work! I've even used the manual specific port option and that does't work either. This is the screen shot I have of what it says about remote access:

I have used a VPN before to acres Netflix, etc. and on my screen it does say that under PRIVATE the IP is unknown so I think this is the issue but I don't know how to resolve it.
