Hi,
I can not get two of my SNL specials to get into my library, I believe they are following the correct naming convention and is pointed to the right special on THETVDB.com. The others in the same folder are found just fine. One of the two titles have parts in different media formats but the other doesn't.
The files in question (Within the season 0 folder of Saturday night live)
I have them as
Saturday Night Live - S00E34 - 25th Anniversary.part1.mkv
Saturday Night Live - S00E34 - 25th Anniversary.part2.m4v
Saturday Night Live - S00E34 - 25th Anniversary.part3.mp4
Saturday Night Live - S00E34 - 25th Anniversary.part4.mp4
Saturday Night Live - S00E54 - Live from New York - The First 5 Years of Saturday Night Live.part1.mkv
Saturday Night Live - S00E54 - Live from New York - The First 5 Years of Saturday Night Live.part2.mkv
I have tried naming all of them with and without the parentheses, and just the episode number and no description. Also changing the season name from Season 0 to season 00. Here is the screenshot with others that work fine.
