Scanner Unsupported codec 'h264'

Anyone have any ideas about this ?

I have some files that are 'home videos' with embedded meta data, in a TV Shows Library set to use Personal Media Shows as the agent
They are on my Amazon Drive, with the drive mounted on my Mac via acd_cli

When I scan I am getting these errors in my scanner log (although only for some of the files, not all)

ERROR - [MI] Unsupported codec 'h264' for file '/path/to/the/series/Season 1/Series title - s01e69 - episode title.mp4'

And then when the scan is complete, in the Library no thumbnail is generated for the video and no metadata, but the video will still play

I expect it's some sort of problem with latency or timeouts as the files are coming from Amazon Drive.

But after scanning if try a refresh on a single problematic item it does not change, which seems a bit odd [*]

For testing,

I have download the video from my Amazon Drive to my Mac and added it to new Library and it scans and loads fine, so the file appears to be ok, its not that it was corrupted during the transfer to Amazon.

[*] And on the Amazon drive, I moved one of the files to its own folder and created a new library pointing to this folder.
If I scan this folder, then it works, so the problem seems specific to having a large number of 'episodes' in a single series.

I do have plenty of Movies and regular TV Shows in my Amazon drive and do not seem to have the same issues with those.

fwiw, I did not seem to have these issues with versions prior to v1

And can I force a rescan of an individual file using the command line scanner ? (I cant seem to find the right command at least not one that works, or if it is even possible)

Just putting it out there in case someone has come across the issue before.
