Hi, as a "pre-digital Dinosaur" of over 70 years of age I invested in a Logitech Squeezebox some years ago to play my large music collection through my Yamaha AVR and Jamo speakers. It gave me a great sound and worked fine until last week when it died. Finding a replacement proved impossible (except for high priced second-hand units) and has led me down the path of wireless network players. Can any of you savvy users please tell me how Plex plus a wireless network player will allow me to play my music in the same, or similar, way to the Squeezebox? i.e. tracks by artist, or genre, or playlist for continuous listening in my lounge from the library stored on my iMac hard drive in the home office. Also can I import my existing playlists somehow to save some hours of unnecessary work? Any simple help and guidance would be much appreciated as my "kids" are buying the Cambridge Audio NP for me as a joint Father's Day present - must've done something right by them over the years :0)
