Sky Q broadband Remote access

Hi

I'm trying to access my local Plex media server from outside my network. I'm getting the 'not available outside your network' error when trying to start it up.

I've checked the upnp settings and this appears to be enabled.

Has anyone else got this working with Sky Q, if so can you suggest a simple fix?
