I'm trying to get a Dolby Atmos Pre-Roll trailer to run after the movie trailers and before the movie starts and can't seem to get it to work. I referred to to this link, https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202920803, where it includes instructions on how to set this up. I'm thinking the url I'm using is incorrect. I've added the file to the Plex library on my Mac Mini and can play it in from Plex on a Roku. Referring to the Details screen on the Plex app on my Mini, I choose Edit, then Info. This is where I thought the url would be listed but all I have listed is a header stating 'Files' and then the file location. I've copied that address into the Cinema trailer pre-roll video area but no luck.
Anyone have a suggestion on what I'm doing wrong? Based on the instructions on the link above, this should be pretty straight-forward so I'm probably overlooking the simple fix.
