Deleted TV Show won't go away

I have a ghost in my TV Shows library. The series is deleted from my storage drive, but it remains in PMS. PMS does label it as "unavailable" but no matter what I do, I can't get rid of this series. I have emptied the trash and done a deep scan.

I would prefer to not have to delete the library and recreate it.
