PMS & PHT no long working correctly

Hi all,

I have had to replace my MacMini as it sadly passed away. I had it running PMS & PHT and was directly connected to my TV. I had to reinstall PMS & PHT from scratch and let PMS pull down all the Movie/TV Show info from the internet. It took just under 14 hours to fully pull down all the Movie/TV metadata. I am now having a few problems since downloading the latest versions of PMS (1.0.0.2261) and PHT (1.4.469-47a90f01). These are as follows:

  1. Plex web no longer shows what is playing from any of my devices.
  2. If I try to play an entire season of anything by pressing play on the season I get an error message saying “Unable to play media Please check that this file exists and the necessary drive is mounted”. The drive is mounted and I can play a single episode of the season just not the whole season. It does this for every tv show I have.
  3. It not longer marks episodes/movies as watched when I watch them I have to mark them as watched manually.
  4. I have to run a full library update on my TV Shows and Movies if I add any new files in.

I know these seem small problems but it was working perfectly until my old MacMini died.

Hopefully some of you lovely people in Plex land will be able to offer some advice please and thank you in advance.

My MacMini Spec is in case its needed: Intel Core i5 2.6GHz, 8Gb RAM (late 2014 Model).
