Plex Server (PMS) Crashing

Hi all,

Any reasons why my PMS server randomly shuts down? I am on a Mac Pro 10.8.5, 2x2.4Ghz Quad Core, 12GB of memory. I just disabled the Refresh metadata periodically, but I thought that was fixed in the latest release? Let me know what log files you need to help me fix this.
