Transfer watched status to a friend

I and a friend both use my plex account. My friend is in the process of setting up a plex account for himself, so I can share my library with him. Is there a way to transfer/copy the watched status of all TV and Movie channels from my account to the shared library on my friends account?
I currently run plex server on OSX. He will not be accessing media from his own computer, only from mine. He does not have a plex server set up and running (but would be possible to do some temporarily if this was of use)
