PMS Remote access disable

Hi guys i am not sure what has happened but today all of a sudden I can no longer access my library via Apple TV and when I logged on the the PMS it showed me that it was disabled.
It has been doing my head in and I could not find an answer anywhere and god knows what i have now set up in my router. I can still access PLEX via the mobile app on my iPhone (both wifi and 3g) but is is via indirect.
any help would be appreciated and I am going crazy...
