Watch my library wile server is offline

Hi, I'm new in Plex and I'm trying to test every features of this powerful tool.
Now I'm interested in read my library, and saying that I mean that I'm just interested in read the whole list of movies in my library without start the playback (maybe also if I'm outside my home network).
Because now if the computer with the server is off I can't read the library.
