server connection

I can't reconnect to my server. I posted this issue a couple of days ago and got no help. I decided to delete the server and try to reinstall Plex server. That did not work. When I launch Plex at the start up the menu looks like this and gives me no access to do anything. I di not loose much material in the deletion but would like to avoid this issue again before I have plex scan my material.
