Plex web on the local networks and mapping a URL

Greetings Plex People,
I am administrating a small network with three mac mini's running plex servers and a shared SAN (actually a thunderbolt raid) to serve the media on three separate subnets. I would like to make the media service available to HTTP clients with as simple a URL and login as possible. We are running plex home which I believe overrides the advanced network setting of Networks allowed without authorization.

My first question is can I re allow any HTTP clients access to the servers when on the local networks so that they only select a user name and type in a pin rather than have to have an email address and password.

My second question is relating to simplifying the URL. My servers are listed and served via my local DNS as plex1.perseus3.com and 2 and 3. I have some experience with Apache in OSX and infact used apache to serve the trailers app on AppleTV 3's. We have since upgraded to 15 AppleTV 4's but I would still like to modify the HTTPd conf file as described in this link to get rid of the :32400/web at the end of the URL. These instructions can be found here:

Does anyone have any experience with either of these two things... any suggestions?
