missmatching itunes metadata after importing

if i import music from itunes folder to plex media server, some metadata** do not match correctly**. missing **field **"composer"!?? the worst import is a two or three CD version like opera for example. additional to that plex does play each chapter or track with a not wanted 1 to 2 second interruption. this is with operas very anoying, because you want normally play this through with no stop in between!?
is there a solution, or will there be a solution in the near future?
