I'm running Plex Media Server on my iMac but I can't link it to my account because I can't remember my password. I can still access my Plex account because my password has been saved by the browser, but I can't remember the password and all attempts to have password reset instructions sent to me via the email address on record have not yielded any results. I've tried multiple times. The email in my account appears to be correct, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
