Wrong characters in music collection

Hi,

On my music share I have music from Danish artists that (alas) uses signs as æ, ø and å in album and song titles.

A song title called for instance 'Æ Kør' O Æ Motorvej' on my share is shown as 'Æ Kør' O Æ Motorvej' in Plex. How can I prevent that from happening? Should I change something when ripping my CDs to mp3 or can I change a setting in Plex?
