Why is my Plex Media Server crashing when I connect to it with a remote Plex Home Theater?

My Mac Plex Media Server crashes whenever I open Plex Home Theater on a different Mac computer on the same network. Using Plex Home Theater on the same computer that the server is running works fine and PS4 and Android clients both work fine for me (the crash only happens when I run Plex Home Theater on a different computer). Any idea what could be going wrong?
