OpenSubtitles.org Doesn’t seem to work for grabbing subtitles

I am after Foreign Part Only subtitles, I followed this guide

and also enabled Settings > Server > Agents / Freebase OpenSubtitles.org Settings

I have created an account at OpenSubtitles.org set my language to English, the forced a rescan.

I then pick a movie i.e. Spectre that has foreign language in it but it still shows:
AUDIO English (AAC 5.1)
SUBTITLES None

I can see all the other extras, trailers and what not, but no subtitles.

What am I doing wrong?
