Hello.
I'm running OSX 10.6.8. I've never had any problems connecting with my Plex server to the Plex website before. However, I recently opened Plex when running 9.16.3 to find that, under settings, I had a notice that an update had failed and to please manually install. I downloaded 9.16.4, installed and it worked. The server connected.
However, the next day I cranked up the Plex sever again, and again found the notice and was unable to connect. I again manually downloaded and installed 9.16.4. At first it also wouldn't connect. Then, for some reason I never figured out, it connected.
But the next day when I opened the Plex server I was back to 9.16.4 not connecting to the Plex website and no reinstalls will make it work now.
All during this time I could connect my web browser to the Plex website and log into my account with no difficulty. I also had no problems with any other internet connections. But the Plex server on my hard drive will not connect.
This all seems to have started with the recent update.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
