Ok. I'm running iTunes 12.3.3.17 on an iMac. I have a naim muso that I want to stream to using plex (rather than AirPlay). I've tried importing iTunes using /Users/myname/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media but it doesn't work - fully. I end up with an Unknown Artist which has scores of albums in it that aren't recognised. They are not exactly obscure, things like REM, the XX and so on. Any ideas anyone? Thanks.
