Hello, I have been using your product without fail since November. I have gotten several others to join as well, many of whom have followed my lead and purchased the iOS app (unlocked via IAP).
The recent update killed all remote connections for me. I can no longer stream my content outside of my home. This is the #1 reason I paid for the app.
I have followed all the suggested steps in the forums to no avail. I do see, however, many complaints similar to mine.
Nothing about my network has changed.
Comcast Gateway in Bridge Mode, AirPort Extreme Base Station (Latest Model).
Is this a known issue? Is there a fix coming?
