Hello first time here...Error I get using Drobo5n is "Server no powerful enough to convert videoHelp

Hello friends, first time here with Plex and Drobo5n. If error says server not powerful enough where/what do I do next to correct this problem? I just don't know enough about the process and what and how to prepare my videos. Could you please point me to the detailed process I need to use. Thanks....
