I like many others have been getting the "resource loader error" when I attempt to use the new ATV4 app. It is basically useless, but I did find that if I go to the "More" section and selection folders, then public, then video (all on my NAS) it lets launch all my video content, but the downside is it is an alphabetical list that I must scroll manually to get to a title. Obviously, not friendly.
I am a very new user to Plex (which I have heard so much about) and anxious to use it, even considering a pass membership IF, I can get it to do what it is supposed to do. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED that there are multiple postings about this "resource loader error" at launch of the app, and NO WAY TO GET EITHER TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND NO ANSWERS IN SIGHT.
The website says to use the forum for support..OK PLEX, HOW ABOUT SOME INFO, even if you are working on it or at least aware of the problem. Plex was billed as the latest and greatest to come along with ATV4. I hope I get the chance to see it for myself.
