Can I serve on wired and wifi simultaneously?

Hi people, our house is mostly Gigabit wired into the PMS running on an old MacBook. With the new Apple TV, I'd love to use the Plex app to watch in a room that is NOT wired.

Is it possible to set the media up so that it serves on both 2.4/5GHz wifi AND ethernet?
