Since latest upgrade any ideas why Music Playlist only shows artwork & can't access tracks?

I have upgraded to the latest server version (9.15.3) and also upgraded all my libraries.
A small playlist of 9 items taking 26 minutes works fine.
My main playlist was accessible but now, after the rotating circle, I get this message -

Or if I try play arrow I get this -

Is there a size limit on the new version
