I apologize if this is already answered somewhere. I could not find it. One of the things that intrigues me most about Plex Pass is the Mobile Sync option. Am I understanding this correctly that Plex will basically created a transcoded copy of a movie that I have selected to be synced to say...an iPad?
Right now I basically re-encode (with Handbrake) movies and shows for my daughter to put on her iPad. But it's always changing. It would be nice if SHE could select what she wanted to put on her iPad and Plex would do what it needs to do and voila! Her selections would be on her iPad.
But I might not be understanding exactly how it works.
