Poor connection to PMS - probably network, but assistance appreciated

Hello everyone

I have been running PMS on my MBP for a while, mainly streaming to 3 Samsung TVs and syncing to iOS. Until recently, no problems. Lately, I've been getting lots of buffering. I think I've narrowed it down to the server, or the network. (Ha! I have eliminated the clients!)

It is intermittent, so I need to be in the right place at the right time to test. Tonight I caught it and discovered the following:
- I have no internet connection from the server machine while buffering on the TV. Strongly suggesting a network problem.
- PMS plays the buffering file on the server machine. Again, strongly suggesting network problem.

So this is probably not a Plex problem. But I attach my log and would be really grateful if someone could look at it to see if they can learn anything for me.

I deleted the log, restarted PMS, started playing House S5E6 on the Samsung TV, and at around 10mins it started buffering.
